Let us help you help your family, friend, co-workers or other people you know that are in need of a trusted and professional real estate service provider now or in the next 2-6 months.


This may include people you know who are experiencing one or more of life’s adjustments (the Seven “D"‘s”) such as:


  • “I Do” - (Newly weds or recently engaged) These are people who are looking to start their union together with a strong financial foundation.

  • “Into Diapers” - New or expecting parents that may need to upsize the home they’re currently in as their little family grows.

  • “Degrees” - Those who are about to or recently graduated and are getting a new job or promotion.

  • “Downsizing” - Those who are emptying the nest, pre or post retirement, looking to right size their home for their needs.

  • “D - Relocation” (Stretch) - People moving either into the area or out of the area for work.

  • “Divorce” - This may be a difficult time, but may be one of the most beneficial times for our service to help settle the parties estate.

  • “Death” - When a spouse or your last parent passes on is an important time for sound and trusted real estate services.
